Anova 24-Hour Crisis & Support Line
Anova provides a 24-hour Crisis & Support Line for all genders & emergency short-term shelters for women & their children experiencing abuse, among several other services.
Confidentially report incidents of hate &/or access support, information & referrals from 9AM to 5PM, Monday to Friday. You can also leave a message & have an operator follow up with you.
Kids Help Phone
Canada’s only 24/7, national support service. Professional counselling, information & referrals & volunteer-led, text-based support to young people in both English & French.
LGBT Youth Line
Confidential & non-judgemental peer support through telephone, text & chat services. Get in touch with a peer support volunteer from Sunday to Friday, 4:00PM to 9:30PM.
Mental Health & Addictions Crisis Centre (London)
Walk through our doors 24/7 to receive immediate crisis assessment, intervention, stabilization & links to community resources.
